This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while coordinating in-house crews, trade partners, vendors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the quarterback for every assigned project by coordinating communication, resources, schedules, budgets, trade partners, and field operations to ensure every project progresses efficiently from start to finish.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with homeowners, commercial clients, insurance representatives, property managers, and other stakeholders by providing proactive communication, setting clear expectations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout every phase of the project.

- Develop and actively manage project execution plans including production schedules, trade sequencing, inspections, permit timelines, material procurement, equipment needs, and critical milestones to ensure efficient project completion.
- Drive project timelines by identifying risks early, adjusting production plans, resolving bottlenecks, and maintaining accountability across crews, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
- Forecast material requirements, coordinate purchasing, track deliveries, resolve supply issues, and ensure materials are available to support scheduled production without delays.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners while holding them accountable for quality, scheduling, professionalism, and performance expectations.

- Perform regular field inspections to monitor quality, safety, schedule performance, subcontractor accountability, and overall project progress while resolving issues before they impact production or customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, progress photos, schedules, communication logs, and financial records using company software.
Experience

- Excellent leadership, organizational, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with outstanding problem-solving abilities.
